| Introduction | I am a 24 year old Catholic woman, in love with my God and my husband, praying that I am given the grace to live these inspirations in my own life (for both my lovers' sakes!). I graduated from Harvard University in 2008 and have worked in the non-profit sector since.
I believe that God is more than a construct. He is real, and wants to participate in your life in an intimate, unique way. Only your yes can open your life to the torrents of His love. Listen to the voice of the Angel Gabriel, as Mary did before her yes which brought salvation to this world: "Be not afraid." Let these words ring in the core of your being, and listen to the wisdom of Dom Lorenzo Scupoli: "Balance what you fear from yourself with what you hope from God." God is Love and Lover. He awaits the yes of His beloved. If you ever go back on your yes and close to Him, He will woo you back with the tenderness and love that is Himself. |
