| Introduction | I run for a variety of reasons--it makes me a better person, mom, wife, teacher, coworker to name a few! I teach for one reason, to try to bring out the best in each and every child! I coach high schoolers to introduce a sport that has enriched my life in so many ways. I coach adults to help them become their best selves. After 20+ years of teaching, 35 years of running, and well over a decade of coaching, I look forward to share my observations, ask questions, and continue to make sense out of the life I have created for myself. |
