| Introduction | Folsom specializes in custom-tailored freeskis that are handcrafted in Boulder, Colorado from the finest, most durable materials available. You tell us your skiing style, and we’ll match you with a ski that is just the right size and shape. Then we’ll modify the flex and camber to suit your weight and preferences. On top of that, you get to choose your own top-sheet graphic from one of our many designs. Folsom is also committed to environmental sustainability. As a small custom shop, we are able to make the right choices when it comes to our waste and energy use. By selling local, using sustainably harvested core materials, recycling and working on ways to keep old skis out of landfills (ski picnic table anyone?), we strive to leave a small footprint. We want the next generation to enjoy skiing as much as we do. Currently, we are testing models and materials with the goal of having custom skis available for order next season (‘08/’09).
