| Introduction | I serve as the Executive Director of Teens Run Westchester (TRW). TRW is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization and the only program of its kind in Westchester County, NY. Our mentoring-based approach utilizes distance running as a teacher and motivator to encourage success, leadership and healthy lifestyles. We partner young people with caring and inspiring adult mentors that guide them as they train for endurance events such as 5K, 10K runs and even marathons. This powerful combination empowers them in all areas of their lives while improving their health and wellness. My many interests include family, running, reading, music (writing, playing and listening to it), hockey (and collecting NHL Jerseys) and public speaking. I also enjoy toying with 1974 Karmann Ghia my wife bought my for our 7th Wedding Anniversary and am determined to drive it across the country some day. |
