| Introduction | There may no longer be a Holy Roman Empire, but I have reached the conclusion that we need a Holy Roman Emperor (or, in my case, empress). Since nobody else has claimed this title, I hereby declare myself the Holy Roman Empress. As such, I rule my Holy Roman Empire with an iron fist. |
