Introduction	I am a rugby fanatic. I think that rugby philosophies and tactics are universal and have useful applications in other areas like business and family. I am easily facinated by the little things in life...they are the things that help me get through difficult phases in my life. I love good food...but I guess it's time to think 'moderation' as the key word for this life's little pleasure

Favorite music	Avril Lavigne Anything that soothes the mind...normally I do not know (or do not bother to know)the singer or the name of the song...
Favorite books	I have no favourite book but I just love to read.....even read the labels off the back of shower cream/shampoo sometimes (where I do that I guess it's not too hard to guess)
