| Introduction | Being a borderline neurotic twenty-something from the city of Durian found in one of the Philippines' 7,107 islands, I feel some sort of high when I slave myself in the kitchen for hours and hearing the household go "yum" in unison. Everything I know about cooking is from watching my mom cook and my what-ifs curiosities on combining flavors and textures. I am an OC and a messy person at the same time, I feel sorry for the one who's going to clean up after, but they get to eat what I whipped up anyway. I also have a problem with my verbosity, brevity is my Achilles' heel. Bytheway, I'm allergic to chocolates, but that doesn't stop me! :p |
