| Introduction | I started learning how to cook at age 5 making biscuits with my grandma. I learned my love of cooking and food from my mom and grandma. At the age of 9, I was cooking entire meals for me and my younger sister with the direction of my mom. By age 12, I was baking chocolate pound cakes for my mom everytime she needed or wanted one. Baking was my first love, but it evolved into all forms of cooking. I love to cook for family and friends! I started cooking for a living about 19 years ago at the suggestion of my husband. The rest of the story...catered for 18 years, personal chef for 1 year and now food service director for a local church! Am currently working on a hospitality management degree! Cooking is therapy for me! I love it!! |
