Introduction	Someone who loves the wine and spirit industry having worked in it for a lifetime. Having worked in it for a lifetime I have met some wonderful people and have had great experiences. Also though, having worked in it for a lifetime I have met some real idiots and seen a lot of stupid sales, marketing and management decisions made (not all of them mine!). As a consequence I laugh at the 'innovations' that the 'bright young things' come up with thinking "been there, done that"
