| Introduction | For as long as I can remember I have enojoyed the written word. It's something so complex and yet so simple that to master it is not just a goal but almost a responsiblity. My aspirations as a journalist are to work for a food publication such as "Food and Wine" or "Gourmet". It would be a great honor to travel the world and see all the cultures and the foods they eat. If nothing else we as people can find the things, like food, that connect us as a world and make it easier to get to know one and other. I feel like food is one of those connections.
