| Introduction | Light Contact Sport Evolution is a project of Irish Kickboxing coach - Jon Mackey. Jon has been training in the martial arts since he was 10 years of age. Now 37, he is the national coach for Kickboxing Ireland in the discipline of light contact. Jon has to date trained WAKO world and European champions as well as ITF Taekwon-Do world and European champions.
