| Introduction | My husband Paul and I moved to the Dallas suburbs from Chicago in September of 2009 with a 2 month old. We didn't know anyone there and had never even been to Texas. It was a bit of a culture shock. I joined a play group and met other moms with babies. I don't know how I would've gotten through the days without this play group. We recently moved back to Michigan (where I grew up) to be closer to family. I started this blog to keep in touch with the friends I made in Texas. We now live in East Grand Rapids, Michigan with our 2 year old daughter Caroline and 5 month old son Owen. We had 2 babies and 2 moves in 2 years! |
