This blog will chronicle the ups and downs of my attempt to hone my skills over 12 weeks, along with tastings, tours, and trips around the country. やほー！グウィニーです。カリフォルニア出身で、４年間日本に住んでいました。東京の上智大学から卒業し、ボランティア活動として長野県に一ヶ月過ごしました。伊那市でジャガイモ畑を耕し、太陽熱温水器を作り、マレットゴルフに完敗しました。今からアイルランドのバリーマルー・クッキング・スクールに通い、料理を勉強しにきました。よろしくお願いします！
