| Introduction | A retired Yorkshireman now living in North Dorset after a career in the Royal Signals and then Telecommunications engineering and business consulting around the world. I first started to learn German when serving in Celle from 1980 to '84 but it didn't get past the very basics. When I retired I took up coding and bridge to keep my brain active but now learning German is my "brain hobby". I'm also interested German history (but not the world wars) and current affairs. We travel to Germany twice a year on our motorhome. |
