| Introduction | I am the older sister of the dynamic Stumptown Sister duo! By day, I am a frustrated counselor working in the corrections field, and by night, I am a baker and a food writer, dreaming of one day owning my own Bakery/Café with my younger sister. I have loved to bake ever since I was a kid – inspired by my mother, I’m sure, who baked from scratch for every occasion - but recently became reconnected with my passion for baking when I realized what a wonderful stress reliever baking is for me. The aromas and flavors of baking make me happy and bring a sense of calm to my hectic life. For me, there is nothing better than sharing something I’ve baked with my family and friends. |
