Introduction	I believe that with leadership, great improvement can be made, history can change and people can come together to walk a new path. Humans are capable of doing extraordinary things when brought together. It is the job of the leader to inspire the group to makes such strives towards the future. A leader should have a clear vision and act and treat everyone with consistency. I believe leadership is more about the collective group of people than it is about the individual leader. While the leader needs a clear vision of what the group is working towards, the people need to feel just as important. Everyone should be equal contributors to the team and treated as so. The leader should never order their people to do things, but instead influence them to do so. When I become a leader, I would like to be someone who inspires people as an individually to act as a team towards the great cause or goal. I don’t simple want to fill a position as the person to regulate and dictate. I would want to create a positive work environment where everyone feels important and valued.
