| Introduction | I am running an advocacy campaign on mental health. I want to break the stigma. I want to convince people to talk about their mental health issues. My main purpose is to raise awareness about mental health issues. I wanna educate them that going to a psychiatrist is the first step they can take to improve their mental health. I wish that people live a stress-free life. That's it. Let's spread the word that having mental issues doesn't mean that the person is crazy. It's just a disease which should be a cure on time.
