| Introduction | This blog is about me- it is about what I decide to share with the world, whether it be personal, recipes, or useless facts of information. It will eventually (hopefully) turn into a portfolio of my work and journey as a pastry chef & cake decorator trying to take over the world. I Can Never Fully Explain Myself. My will is to be outgoing, rash, random, weird, open minded, dedicated, loyal, and extremely impulsive. I tend to contradict myself- but I always own up to it. I am too Complex. I contain multitudes. I love listening to good music & reading a great book. I love to cook, bake, and eat scrumptious food. I have a degree in English Literature and Writing & I also another in Pastry Arts and Baking. Professionally I am a pastry chef, cake decorator, and struggling writer. But I will forever be a witty absurd girl. I love garage sales & second hand shops (especially used books)! I am an optimist (most of the time). I work to live & enjoy my life. I travel every chance I get.Getting lost in a random city is such an invigorating feeling for me. I wonder, wander, and disappear sometimes. You decide if you are going to have a good day or not (KD). |
| Interests | I have deleted my blog numerous times- I post. Then the next day I delete. Post. Delete. Keeping up with cleaning up my blog became too much of a hassle to keep up with while working. I decided to quit wiping the slate clean. This blog started off as a film review blog, because bashing films on imdb was not enough for me. I, like the majority of other bloggers in cyberspace, think that I am a film critic. I moved on, now I am a food critic. A serious & tough one, I was always a picky eater but tried everything. books, writing, baking, music, films, museums, parks, photography, friends and family. |
