| Introduction | I am married and have two daughters. This summer I have bought a share in a CCSA (cooperative community supported agriculture) and decided I wanted to share my experiences. I think it is going to be fun to see if we can change our lifestyle with a little guidance from the CSA. My husband is game. My older will usually try anything, but the younger one often has to be coerced to try a "micro bite" of anything new. Cooking from pre-selected, local food each week should be a great experience for all of us. |
