| Introduction | I'm a food lover working for a pr agency that represents mostly produce -what a perfect fit! My job is to promote the consumption of wonderful fruits and vegetables like sweet potatoes, avocados and stone fruit while educating people about their plentiful benefits. I get to talk and read about food all day and sometimes even develop and test recipes for work (my favorite part of the job). I love to cook clean fresh meals loaded with seafood, greens, fruit and nuts. I love meat but only eat it when I think it's worth it (I try to do the same with dessert but it doesn't really happen that way). I have a serious sweet tooth and can't go on about my day until I have a bite of chocolate after a savory meal. I have a healthy appetite and hope that it's contagious! |
