| Introduction | I am an RN working in New York and the lucky mother of twin boys and I only have 9 feet by 3 feet of walking space within my tiny kitchen. I started this blog to share my cooking triumphs & mishaps and everything else in between...and although I had 2 wonderful years of cooking classes under the tutelage of the best Cooking teacher in Bacolod City-Mrs. Celine Ledesma, I am not a professional chef. But it is my hope that I will be able to share with you recipes that I have successfully executed in my tiny "little kitchen"and to prove that culinary miracles can still happen even in the tiniest and most ill-equipped kitchens. |
