| Introduction | ECVOntario examines culturally appropriate foods. We have examined and prescribed policies on the preferences for ethnocultural vegetables in Ontario. Going forward, we are studying how we can better integrate vulnerable groups such as Refugee Path Immigrants (RPIs) to the Canadian food, economic and social landscapes. |
