| Introduction | As the Associate Publisher for Customer Engagement, I serve the organization at large and work alongside colleagues committed to envisioning, designing and building the places and spaces where faith can grow. As a team, we are continually looking for new and effective ways to bring our users around the table whether we are evaluating offerings already created, or dreaming about building frontiers for the future. As a company, we spend our days: envisioning, listening, dreaming, designing, building, evaluating and learning. But what we enjoy the most is witnessing to and celebrating our customers’ success and knowing that what we built for them isn’t just working—it’s “inspiring and delighting”. |
