Introduction	Richgail Enriquez was born in the Philippines and migrated to the US when she was 15 years old. Growing up, she would help her mother cook for the family, with heavily meat based dishes. Her gradual path to veganism started when she and her family moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. Richgail took Nutrition classes in college and became mindful of what she eats. At the age of 24, she turned vegetarian, transforming meat based Filipino dishes to cruelty-free dishes, yet attaining the same great taste of her mother’s cooking. A year after, she became vegan and joined a fellow Filipina vegan in blogging about vegan Filipino dishes on www.tsinayvegan.blogspot.com
