Introduction	Worked at Schuburts art gallery Gold Coast,Foots Art Gallery, Niecon Plaza art gallery which supported many of the Gold Coast local artists ... Megan Puls beautiful pottery and sculpting, Midge Johansen,sculptor, Michaela Kloeckner and of course many others.I worked with Gordon Foulds art critic extraordinaire.We also organized art festivals for the Broadbeach area. In Sydney,lived in Balmoral Beach which I adored,and worked in various art galleries and also in restaurants.I was fortunate to work with many overseas maitre'd and sommeliers whos experience was invaluable in the lessons of running restaurants and any other buisiness.
