| Introduction | I have written 4 children's books, aimed at 7-11 yr olds. I love creating different worlds with zany characters. I love when my writing makes children laugh.That picture was taken when I was 9 and I was holding flowers at my auntie's wedding. I had written my first play just before then. And then I sort of stopped writing for a long time until a couple of years ago. My blog is titled Marvellous Maura in conversation with the under 12 President. Each week, a young reader will be interviewed by my alter ego, Marvellous Maura and say what laws they would enact if they were the President.
