| Introduction | My passion is food, health and education. I know a lot about food and food safety. From my undergraduate studies in Kinesiology to my Masters' degree working with Natural Health Products. My experience in food safety comes from working with local public health units as a certified Canadian public health inspector and working as a food regulator with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. I am now embarking on a different journey into education. I am now a certified teacher within the province of Manitoba. |
