Introduction	I'm a working mum of four year old twins, and a previous participant of the JET programme. I'm a keen follower of the Just Hungry and Just Bento blogs. I've been married for 8 years, and have worked in retail, taught English as a second language (in NZ and overseas) and now work in insurance, which is way more exciting than it sounds. In my spare time I make bento lunches which weird out my workmates and impress the pre-school teachers, and try to study Japanese.
