| Introduction | I retired as a combat decorated Aviator with 28 years of service. Through those years of testing, I learned a lot about leadership, encouragement and inspiration. Helping others is vitally important to me. That's why I wish to teach others what God has taught me along the way. I have been married to my high school sweetheart and best friend, Kaye, for more than 35 years. We have four children and nine grandchildren!
