| Introduction | Erica Broadus is the creator of Living Her Purpose, LLC, which leads initiatives to improve the lives of girls and women. Erica knows first hand how difficult life's challenges can be, and the importance of positivity and utilizing life's lessons to help others in similar situations. Her motto is that we were all born with unique skills, talents and a purpose for being, which we must identify and pursue in order to live life purposefully. Erica’s background is in corporate marketing and community relations. She’s currently pursuing her Masters in Public Affairs/Nonprofit Management/Social Entrepreneurship, and aids both for-profit and nonprofits to do well by doing good, and vice versa. She volunteers much time to mentoring girls and women, helping them to develop and accomplish goals, strengthen their sense of self, and to live with purpose. Erica is available throughout the U.S. to speak, write, and facilitate programs on female empowerment, social issues and nonprofit management.
