| Introduction | Perhaps we’ve never met, but I’d guess we have a lot in common. I’m a middle-aged (did I say that out loud?) mom of a mostly empty-nest, trying to find balance in a life that feels completely overwhelmed. On the outside, I may seem calm and confident, but I have many insecurities, let me tell you. By God’s power and strength, I choose to reframe my thinking and overcome. I try to... no - I will walk in God’s strength, not my own. I want... no - I strive to rely more heavily on Jesus day by day and surrender all of my insecurities to Him. I need... no - I recognize and embrace God’s best. Let’s travel together from wanting to accepting, from hoping to choosing. This ministry is more than a blog. By God’s grace, I’m also an author, a speaker, a Bible teacher, a freelance writer, a Christ-centered life coach, I’m blown away when the Lord chooses to glorify Himself through my once broken, bruised & sometimes stomped-on heart. All I know is that God is our healer and He never fails. To Him alone be the glory. |
