| Introduction | I am a Bohemian/Hippie living in the burbs of the city I was raised in. After many years of living the life of a gypsy and moving around a lot I decided I was done with all of that and ready to really settle down. In walks Keith; my British husband, almost immediately the house next to my parents became available for a song.. So we moved in and so started the adventure in turning a house into a home and a yard into a garden, and for both of us a first attempt at putting down roots and becoming self sufficient. We fund this project on a disability check of his and a couple of online business' of mine.We are living proof that money does not make the world go round not does it buy happiness, as we have never been happier. We make do,by scavenging,trading,thrift shopping,recycling and re-purposing everything we have in order to have the things we want and need. We do not go without.
