| Introduction | In recent years the possibility for normalization in relations with Cuba seems inevitable. While all of us look forward to a time where trade and the historical US - Cuba relationship is restored, as this shift takes place, leading to a social transition that will require time, Cuban entrepreneurs on the island will await the possibilities inherent in an open market. Our goal is to establish an entrepreneurial grant system in a post communist Cuba. There are approximately six million non senior working age Cubans, many are entrepreneurs, all in need of a kick start to embark on their respective dream. |
