Introduction	Born and bred in Great Zimbabwe, of the Buja ethnic group. I know it doesn't sound like it when I speak in Shona, but I am as mhanduwe as they come!! Writer by profession, mostly for film and TV. Have been a devout Rastafarian for most of my life- which is not easy in a country like Zimbabwe. Just as well I now live in Hemlington, Middlesbrough, North-East Yorkshire, England.
Interests	Reading, writing, research, Rastafarian affairs, history, comedy.
Favorite movies	Hyenas, Pulp Fiction, Dune, the Star Wars Sextology, There's a Zulu on my Stoep, In the Upper Room. Love West African/Sahelian films- the Djibrils, Sembenes etc.
Favorite music	I listen to all sorts of music. Yothu Yindi, Beats International, Gorillaz, Chamhembe, Aster Aweki, anyone who's got a great tune is going to get my ear!!!
Favorite books	The Dune series, Empire Builders, Harvest of Thorns, Nervous Conditions, House of Hunger, Bones, Kutonhodzwa kwaChauruka, Pafunge, Garandichauya, Time of the ButcherBird, Maru, Salem's Lot, 1984, Niven's Known Space.
