Introduction	Dr. Alicen is a nationally certified addiction specialist and advocate for under-served families, a pedagogue (teacher), states of MA and Il licensed alcohol and drug counselor, nationally certified alcohol and drug addiction counselor and certified medical investigator. As host of the WBSM radio program 'Addiction' and author of numerous published articles, Dr. Alicen is known as a local thought leader within the drug and alcohol dependency space. She worked as Director of an outpatient addiction treatment clinic in MA, as well as Trainer for the MA Council on Compulsive Gambling. She and her husband have recently moved to Chicago.
