| Introduction | Hello, I am Lynn. :) I am a mother, home educator, gardener, hobbyist, and a born-again (nondenominational) Christian. I have survived PTSD and PPA and am currently living with anxiety and depression. I tend to be a homebody because of my intense social anxiety. I am passionate about birth trauma, having experienced it myself. In October of 2013, I founded the Traumatic Birth Stories and Support group on Facebook and admin it with a great team to this day. As a mental health survivor, my life's goal is to come alongside those who cross my path in need of support. This blog is my personal outlet. |
