| Introduction | I'm a 24 year old student cum slacker who has once again succumbed to wanderlust and left the drizzle of Manchester behind. I left the UK with my friend Katie on 3rd Jan ,and after spending a month in Prague gaining our TEFL certification, we headed off by train across the frozen wastes of Siberia and the Mongol steppes to arrive in the smog-ridden city of Chongqing, China, where we shall spend the next six months attempting to pass ourselves off as teachers whilst not succumbing to forty degree heat and the dubious charms of Sichuan hotpot. Here is where I chronicle the joys, annoyances and mishaps of our Eurasian adventure. |

What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?
I wouldn't bother, I'd eat all the lovely gingerbread and then would be so fat I'd be able to convincingly masquerade as the gingerbread house itself.
