Introduction	Wine blogger, wine taster, wine judge, wine consultant - basically wine everything. Academically, I hold a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cambridge University, where I also picked up the wine bug. Wine wise, I've completed the WSET Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits and for several years had the pleasure of judging at the International Wine Challenge in London, UK.
