| Introduction | Joao Luiz Mascolo is partner at SM Managed Futures and professor of Macroeconomics at Insper. Previously, Mr. Mascolo had his own asset management company, Foresee. In the financial world, he held different positions as strategist, senior economist and chief investment officer. In the academic arena, Mr. Mascolo taught at undergraduate and graduate econ courses at PUC/RJ and was president of Brazilian Econometrics Society. He has a Ph.D. from EPGE/FGV and post doctorate from Northwestern University. |
