| Introduction | I've lived with Rheumatoid Arhritis, a complex spinal fracture and whiplash for 17 years, and have gone through 3 major spinal surgeries. I spend so much time on self treatment and rehabilitation that I joke about being a professional patient, but actually I'm just a regular #spoonie. As long as I do the things I write about in this blog I'm able to have an active and meaningful life, and I hope my experience can inspire others dealing with chronic pain. |
