IntroductionI think ALWAYS being oneself is the bravest thing one can do. I have been called lots of things: radical vegetarian (vegan now actually), disruptive influence, narcissistic hedonist, unrepentant poof / batty bwoy / pie-baking sissy ... and, minus the drama & the venom, I am all those things to some degree. Thanks! 8-) It is unfortunate that so many people fear things they do not understand or instantly recognise ... anything different from themselves and their way of life. People have called me names and attempted to label me (to suit their own purposes and as part of their own agendas but mostly out of fear) since grammar school and they probably always will. I have never been 'boxed in' by society, family, religion, love or money ... and I am much more free and happy because of it. If that agitates someone, it speaks volumes about their own issues, regrets and lack of fulfilment than it does about me and my life. Never let anyone make you feel ashamed of being yourself. Shame is a form of control dished out by unhappy, resentful people who have lost control of their own lives. Never let anyone control you or take away your voice.

What would you name your ballet inspired by the sight of children leaping through a garden sprinkler?
