Introduction	Armel: I continue on path of ancestor who themselves has been a cooker after freedom of slavery in Mauritius since 16 centuries. I finally understood that I couldn't run away of that gift and better enjoy it and make people enjoy our traditional dishes as long as I can. the only best skill I've got amon other is to feed mankind for better life. Feel yourself home when you come to me for a lunch, diner or events. Aga: Art. Is my passion since I remember. I made an artschool and continue artstudies In Poland, which is my homeland. My second passion is travelling and constant cognition of New things. This two passions are base for my cooking: searching for beauty, variety and New tastes of dishes, improvising and taking inspirations from cuisine from All places, which i have visited. I will be very glad, to share this Joy of creation with you.
