| Introduction | I am a Constitutional Law professor who believes that interpretation of the Constitution ought to have some connection with the text. While I do not want to accept categorization as liberal or conservative -- these are political terms and I don't find the text taking sides in political debates -- I will admit that most folks see me as a conservative. Unless I get some random bee in my bonnet, my intent here is to address issues of Constitutional Law and the political issues that swirl around Constitutional Law and the Supreme Court. |
