Introduction	I have always been passionate about food. Since I was a child, I have come up with all kinds of creations. I have journeyed from the dazzlingly awful world of 6-year-old flour/sugar/water bricks to slightly more palatable concoctions, but I always try to stay creative. Over the years, I have had to change many of my food habits. It started with eating more healthfully to shed some pounds, but lately I've had to deal with a dizzying array of food restrictions and cut-backs. Which is why my fascination with cooking and my desire to stay flexible in the kitchen has really come in handy!
