Introduction	My name is Phoenix and Im 22 years old. I recently way about 245lbs. I have been struggeling with weight it seems like, all my life. I have been wanting to loose weight and make my self healtheir. I stumbled apon a webcite by Lauren Conrad that completely inspired me. She has a work out on her page called "My Bikkini Boot Camp". This is something that I have found works for me. I love it and its helping me so much. This blog that Im starting is not for me to wine to you about how bad I feel.
