| Introduction | I am a Reading Coach at Mitchell Elementary School. This is my sixth year in this position. Before that, I was a 2nd grade teacher for 15 years at Mitchell. Additionally, I am the technology troubleshooter for my school (my second job). I am very interested in the role technology can play in helping children learn. I am a technology champion for my school. I am happily married to my husband of 32 years. I have one son , who is married to a wonderful young lady, who just happens to be a terrific 1st grade teacher. My husband and I have 3 labrador retrievers who keep us pretty busy! We are members of Dwight Baptist Church, where I teach the Toddlers Sunday School Class and sing in the choir. I enjoy reading, singing in the choir, learning about new technologies as they pertain to education, and running. |
