Currently I am taking on one of the heartpounding sweatfest workout progams on DVD - Shaun T's Insanity: The Asylum! I have also done the following programs: Insanity, P90X Plus, P90X, ChaLean Extreme, P90 Master Series, P90, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin' Body, Slim in 6, Slim Series & Turbo Jam & TurboFire. I am getting fit through Team Beachbody programs and Clean Eating. |
