| Introduction | I have lived in Seattle, Washington for 19 years. Because I was born, educated and worked in Japan, I may think and do things differently than most American born citizens. I love cooking and believe home cooking and eating the meal at home is the best family activities. It saves money. Cookbooks are the good way to learn how to cook. I get ideas and inspirations from the cookbook. I can create healthy but delicious meal. In addition to cook Japanese meals,I cook Chinese dishes, bake bread, and tomato sauce for pasta, make Tamales from scratch in addition to my Asian cooking. So far, my family is healthy and loves my cooking. Recently I decided to share my 20 some years of experience and knowledge in cooking. I am planning to sell Asian Groceries soon. |
