About me

Gender Male
Location Canton, Ohio
Introduction I was born in Canton and have lived here or in the surrounding area all my life...I attended Malone College, which was once known as the Cleveland Bible Institute. That gives you a pretty good idea of the kind of school it was. I've since realized that I have masochistic tendencies; unfortunately, back in those days when I was choosing a college, I didn't know this--but they were at their height. I am at present commencing to hammer out a career as an author/illustrator. I already have two books self-published and I'll include a link to where those are available. I am single, as there are only about three-four other gay men in my area of Ohio, and I am always willing to consider possible matches. ;)
Interests writing, divas, Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, artwork, acting, photography, old and obscure books/movies, spending quality time with my dog (Scottish terrier, Finnigan), bookstores/coffeeshops, live theatre, going out to eat, taking long walks, reading, surfing the web
Favorite Movies The Wizard of Oz, Carrie, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?, Cabaret, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Lost in Yonkers, Postcards from the Edge, Rachel, Rachel, Marnie, Psycho, The Birds, The Wiz, You'll Like My Mother, Dogville, Chicago, Rebecca, The Bad Seed
Favorite Music show tunes, Patti LuPone, jazz, classical, adult contemporary (Bette Midler, Josh Groban, Linda Eder), classic voices like Old Blue Eyes, Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli
Favorite Books Many...I've been a chronic bookworm since the second grade...love psychological thrillers (Ruth Rendell's 13 Steps Down was a real find), slice-of-life stories (David Sedaris, Augusten Burroughs), behind-the-scenes books on making of classic films and shows (some excellent books on Alfred Hitchcock by Donald Spoto and "Everything Was Possible--The Birth of the Musical FOLLIES")

What is it all for???
