| Introduction | An active participant in the New Zealand and Australian wargaming community from the 90’s to (approximately) 2008, my hobby participation went on a steep decline following the birth of my first child. The purpose of my blog is to document my journey back into more active wargaming participation – whether discussions or displays of painting and modelling, rules discussion, retrospectives, or even tournament reports(!). And why Quietly in the Background you ask? Well, being married with three young children growing up it is representative on my current status (hobby wise) at home, but also representative of my current involvement in the wider wargaming community. |
